Intellectual Property Policy

1 Purpose

6 Infringement Claims

7 Repeat Infringer Policy

The Company may terminate or suspend access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or otherwise violate this Policy. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to infringing material and to refuse service to any user who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.

8 Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Platform may contain content, links, or materials owned by third parties. Use of third-party intellectual property is governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party owner and may also be subject to separate licenses.
