1 Introduction

The Platform provides services including but not limited to Ayurvedic doctor appointment booking, Ayurvedic consultation services, online and offline wellness consultation, video consultation and teleconsultation, Ayurvedic therapy booking, wellness guidance and lifestyle consultation, sale of Ayurvedic medicines and herbal products, e-commerce services for wellness products, subscription and membership services, and educational and informational wellness content.

By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, booking appointments, participating in consultations, uploading information, or otherwise using the Platform, the user (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue usage of the Platform.

3 Eligibility

• Incomplete or inaccurate disclosures may adversely affect consultation quality.
• The Platform shall not be liable for consequences arising from incorrect user-provided information.
• Users are advised to seek emergency medical care where required.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue consultations where deemed necessary for legal, ethical, operational, or safety reasons.

6 Video Consultation Terms

The Platform may provide video consultation services through integrated or third-party communication technologies. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Internet interruptions, technical failures, software errors, device limitations, and communication disruptions may occur during consultations.
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free video consultation services.

7 Appointment Booking Terms

Users booking appointments through the Platform agree that:
