1. Appointment Cancellation Window

Appointments can be canceled without penalty up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot.

2. Late Cancellation

If canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled time, the consultation fee may be adjusted as a service charge.

3. No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without cancellation may be marked as no-show and may affect priority booking in future.
