This Shipping Policy applies to all medicine and product orders placed through Neolife Wellness Center. Our logistics are powered by Shiprocket, India's leading logistics aggregator, ensuring reliable pan-India delivery.

We currently ship to most locations across India:
All metro cities and Tier-1 cities with same-day/next-day options available
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities with standard delivery of 2-4 business days
Remote areas, hilly regions, and North-East states: 4-7 business days
J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep: Subject to special logistics; contact support for availability

3 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-6 hours during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing time includes payment verification, prescription validation (if required), and stock confirmation.
You will receive an Order Confirmed SMS and email once processing is complete.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Track your order from your Order Tracking page or from My Orders in your dashboard.
Real-time tracking is available through Shiprocket's tracking portal.
SMS and email notifications are sent at each key shipment milestone (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered).
If tracking information is not updated for 48 hours after dispatch, contact our support team.
6 Prescription Validation
Certain Ayurvedic medicines require a valid prescription under Schedule H or as required by our medical team:
Upload your prescription during checkout or within 12 hours of placing the order.
Prescriptions are reviewed by our pharmacist team within 2-4 hours during business hours.
If a prescription is rejected, you will be notified and your order will be held pending resubmission.
Orders not receiving valid prescription within 24 hours will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Accepted prescriptions are stored securely in your health profile for future orders.
7 Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.
If you are unavailable, a delivery notification will be left and a re-delivery will be scheduled.
After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
You may request re-dispatch within 7 days at a nominal re-shipping fee.
If re-dispatch is not requested within 7 days, the order will be restocked and a refund (minus original shipping cost) will be issued.
Ensure your address, landmark, and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
8 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain Ayurvedic products (specific ghee formulations, herbal oils, or fermented preparations) require careful temperature management:
These products are shipped with appropriate insulated packaging during extreme weather periods.
Delivery may be restricted to certain seasons or regions for temperature-sensitive items to maintain efficacy.
Always follow storage instructions on the product label after receipt.
If a temperature-sensitive product is received in a compromised state, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos.
9 Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:
Natural calamities, floods, or extreme weather conditions
National strikes, bandh, or civil unrest
Festive season surge in shipment volumes
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Customs/logistics partner operational delays
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will proactively notify you via SMS and email. Delayed shipments do not qualify for refund unless the delay exceeds 10 business days beyond the original estimated delivery date.
10 International Shipping
At this time, Neolife Wellness Center ships exclusively within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We are actively working to expand our reach. If you are an NRI or international customer interested in our products, please contact us at support@neolifeayush.com — we may be able to arrange special delivery through authorized international couriers for certain products.
